Native Chicken Carenderia in Catmon

Sometime late last year, we get to eat here after distributing baby & toddler stuffs to Yolanda victims in Cebu North.

It is still so vivid on my mind how Catmon's native chicken warmed our starving tummies.

It was one hot day but we don't mind perspiring more because of the soup.
So tasty and filling.
Php 20-30
depending on size
The soup was colored orangey-red because of atchuete.
Soup is refillable, by the way. ^_^  You may also buy whole chicken or by part.
Ate it with "mais" instead of rice plus atchara. Whew!

Php 10-12
They also serve fried native chicken, fresh buko, and some desserts.

Saw a tarp inside this humble restaurant.
Catmon Native Chicken Carenderia is the 2nd prize winner of 2012 Obra Negosyo Eskwela Countryside Enterprise Business Upliftment Program Season 2.
It was help in Cebu International Convention Center last June 13, 2012.

Catmon is known for their native chicken.
I often hear it from people who frequents the place.
Actually, my triathlete officemate A & his friends recently visited this carenderia.

Well, if you get a chance to travel up north of Cebu, don't forget to drop by this place.
You'll easily spot this carenderia.
It is along the road on the left side (if you're from the city).
